How do I change over to Focus Property Management?
Making the decision to have your investment property managed by Focus couldn’t be easier! Simply call or email Suzanne to discuss your requirements and how easy it is to transfer management over. 
 

Are you with another agency/property manager?
Download the “Other Agency Termination Letter”, fill in the details, and email it to me. I will do the rest.

 

You will not have to call your current agency or communicate with them in any way. We will send your signed to your current agency and arrange collection of all files, keys, and other necessary documents.
